Is this property pet friendly?
Yes! Residents are allowed up to two pets per unit. Maximum weight per pet is 35 lbs. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals permitted. A non-refundable $350 pet fee is required with monthly $30 pet rent per pet. All pets must be disclosed on the application and such pets will be considered in the application process. No pets other than those disclosed on the application may be kept at the property. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process through petscreening.com; any applicable registration charges will be handled directly through their platform. The following dog breeds and all variations thereof are restricted and not approved: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshon
What is the minimum credit score requirement?
The minimum credit score for applicants is 550.
What lease terms are available?
Leases are anywhere between 7 - 13 months. Premiums apply to leases shorter than 12 months.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. Renter's liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 IS REQUIRED.
What fees are required at application and move in?
- Application fee: $65
- Admin fee: $250
- Security Deposit: 1 Month's Rent (May vary depending on applicant screening) Money Order or Cashier's check
What's the parking policy?
Residents may have a reserved parking spot for $20 a month. Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is intended for short-term use only. Overnight parking in guest spaces is not permitted.
Is smoking allowed on this property?
No. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. You must be a minimum 25 FEET away from building. NO SMOKING ON IN/AROUND STAIRS OR STAIRWELLS AND BREEZEWAYS. NO SMOKING IN/NEAR TOT LOT, POOL OR CLUBHOUSE.
What isn't covered by rent?
Monthly rent does not include utilities or additional service fees.
Residents are responsible for:
- $50 - $60 water/sewer (1 Brdm) & $70 (2 Bdrm)
- $30 valet trash
- $5 pest control
- $15 Credit Reporting
- $10 Amenity Fee (2nd floor apts only)
- Gas, electricity, cable, and internet (set up and paid directly by the resident).
